In 1928, Elmer Lassus, with his brothers August Jr. and William, took the reins of what is today Lassus Handy Dandy Food Stores. Elmer is the inspiration for Elmo’s Pizza & Subs. Elmo’s offers a wide variety on their menu with classic subs, pizza, paninis and burgers, wings, and they even serve breakfast. Elmo’s Pizza & Subs also offers catering if you have an upcoming event that you want the food to be taken care of for.
Known best for their pizza and subs, they offer specialty pizzas for you to try or if you are in the mood for something specific you can create your own pizza.
